A strict muscle up is a life time goal for many people. Most people are strong enough but because they are never taught the finer details of the movement they never develop the technique required.

The video lays out the details that it takes to get your first ring muscle and goes over the false grip, some prerequisites of the strict ring muscle up, how to turn the rings out at the bottom and the top of the movement.

If you are having trouble getting 6-8 strict ring dips or strict pull-ups ask a coach for some help. I’m sure they would be more then happy to lend a hand.
