IT-Band and Quad Release for Lateral Knee Pain!!

IT-Band and Lateral quad release on a foam roller. This will tremendously help anyone that experiences lateral knee pain from either running or squatting. Often the IT-Band will “stick” to the lateral quad and cause some knee pain. There are a couple of muscles, TFL and the Gluteus Maximus, that attach to the IT-Band that will also help to alleviate some of the pain that could be felt in either the knee or the IT-Band.
