Glute Hamstring Raise (GHR)!!

The Glute Hamstring Raise is great for…
-Strengthening the posterior chain (Glutes, Hamstrings, etc…).
-Improves squat and deadlift strength and quality.
-Immensely scalable, there are many different versions that can be done, whether they are more difficult or more simple.
-Helps prevent knee pain because it allows us to activate our posterior chain and take pressure off our anterior chain.
Side note: Friends and Family week is starting may 22 and will run for the week. This is a great opportunity to explain and show to your friends and/or family what you do at the gym.
